Annie is the founder of Clear Conscious Movement and a Yoga Alliance registered RYT 200 yoga teacher. She has had a life-long enthusiasm for exercise and is passionate about physical movement, spiritual wellness, and psychosomatic balance. At Clear Conscious Movement, she offers classes that focus on clients’ individual needs with an emphasis on alignment-based movement. In addition to public classes, Annie offers private and semi-private sessions.
Kesse, founder of change.yoga, has practiced yoga casually for over 10 years. She is a Yoga Alliance registered RYT 200 and Yoga for All certified yoga teacher. Despite always enjoying many benefits, she eventually would fall out of practice. However, after being diagnosed with several chronic illnesses, she returned to yoga and started exploring a full practice including meditation and breathing exercises. Through these experiences, she decided to start teaching in order to help bring these benefits to people who don’t think they can do yoga. She strives to make her classes accessible to all levels and bodies regardless of ability, strength, & flexibility. Her teaching philosophy is that she is here to help guide you and keep you safe in your practice but her main responsibility is to help you build your own practice in order to empower yourself & gain all the benefits yoga has to offer. In addition to public classes, Kesse offers private and semi-private sessions.
Sonya is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 200 yoga instructor, meditation coach, and Reiki Master.
Prior to her journey as a yoga instructor, she earned her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Masters in Healthcare Administration and Business Informatics. During her time in school and working in the healthcare industry, yoga and meditation became a cornerstone of her life and helped her stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit. She felt drawn to different modalities of healing and went deeper into her practice which inspired her to share her passion with others.
She finished her RYT 200 yoga training in 2013 with the Bija School with a focus in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Currently, she is working on her 300 RYT training with You Do Yoga where she is learning Daoist forms of yoga that include Yin, Yang, subtle anatomy, and meditation.
In 2016 she completed True Body Leadership training and currently holds meditation and mindfulness workshops with adults and also works in after school programs and summer camps with local schools for children.
Additionally, she is a Reiki Master trained in the traditional Usui method. She also works with other modes of Energy healing having completed training with Begin to Blossom with her teacher Julie Conrad, as well as Shambhavi healing, an ancient Indian healing system taught by Avdhoot Baba Shivanand Ji.
Additional certifications are in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Aromatherapy with essential oils. She will be starting her journey into becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner in January.
When Sonya is not teaching yoga or training she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Daniel and two lovely kittens Bodhi and Willow. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, cooking, hiking and traveling.
Audrey weaves her classical pianist background with her love of mantra, world music, and the sound healing of chanting into kirtan, call-and-response devotional chanting. She has toured with Girish and Kristin Luna Ray regionally as well as to Bhaktifest and the Midwest Yoga Conference. Audrey offers chant workshops, accompanies yoga classes, and leads kirtans with her ensemble, MEKALA Kirtan. Through the Cincinnati Chant Community, she hosts local, national and international kirtan artists and sound healers at Center for Spiritual Living of Greater Cincinnati.
Emma is a Yoga Alliance registered RYT 200 yoga teacher. She has a strong background in dance and is passionate about movement in all its forms. Her classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with oneself and emphasize the breath to find ease in postures. Emma’s philosophy is that yoga is meant to be enjoyed and she loves when her students leave class with a smile.
Carla Faletti is a KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In 2012, she completed alignment-based yoga teacher training in Dallas, Texas. Yoga has been an integral part of Carla’s life since 2009. In 2017, she published her first book, Courting Shakti. It details her deep longing to know and connect with the feminine aspect of God. One of her favorite things is to learn about different spiritual paths. She is a forever student and a lover of God. Daily meditation is her touchstone. Leap like hanuman leaps!
